Defective merchandise purchased through Shoreside may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Unwashed or unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 60 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid.
